This year, the Consulate of Brisbane is pleased to present an unmissable program for the IX Week of Italian Cuisine in the World, with the theme “Mediterranean Diet and the Recipes from Our Roots: Health and Tradition”.

Then on Monday 18th, there will be a Conference with wine and ingredient tasting at the Edge Auditorium of the Brisbane State Library, in South Bank – a free event for experts and lovers of Italian food and wine, in the presence of renowned Chef Viola Buitoni and oenologist Eleonora Marconi, organized in collaboration with the Institute of Italian Culture of Sydney.
Also on Monday 18th, the Annual Dinner of the Brisbane Section of the Italian Academy of Cuisine will be held (upon invitation only).
