Visa Office’s users in Brisbane are reminded that this Consular Office does NOT use intermediaries of any kind to book appointments for the issuing of national and/or Schengen visas.
The only system enabled for visa bookings is online, through the Prenot@mi portal.
If the waiting list exceeds six weeks, the users, AFTER HAVING CREATED THEIR OWN PROFILE ON THE PRENOT@MI PORTAL, are asked to contact us by email at: visa.brisbane@esteri.it, in order to provide them for an entry of the appointment from the Back Office.
Finally, we remind that for study visa appointments it is always necessary to write to the email address: visa.brisbane@esteri.it, without using the Prenot@mi Portal.
