The week kicked off on Sunday, November 9th at Ristorante Attimi by Dario Manca in Brisbane, with a lunch dedicated to sparkling wines 🥂🍾🥂🍾

Wednesday, November 12th was the turn of the traditional Sicilian stall organized by the Italian Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Queensland at Pasticceria Gerbino.
On Friday, November 14th, at the ANFE Italian Club, we discovered a traditional and delicious ingredient… rice! 🍚🍛🌾🍚🍛🌾

On Sunday, November 16th, we went to D.Vino Bistrot and Enoteca, run by Danilo Duseli, where we tasted the best of the Mediterranean diet, both in terms of food and wine!

Finally, on Monday, November 17th, the 10th edition of Italian Cuisine Week in Brisbane concluded with the Annual Dinner of the Italian Academy of Cuisine, at the historic Tartufo restaurant.
