This year, the Consulate of Brisbane is pleased to present an unmissable program for the IX Week of Italian Cuisine in the World, with the theme \u201cMediterranean Diet and the Recipes from Our Roots: Health and Tradition\u201d.<\/p>\n

It starts on November 15th, with a dinner at D.Vino Bistr\u00f2 and Enoteca in Woolloongabba. For reservations: https:\/\/www.dvinobistro.com\/eleonora-marconi-dinner<\/a> .<\/p>\n

Then on Monday 18th, there will be a Conference with wine and ingredient tasting<\/a> at the Edge Auditorium of the Brisbane State Library, in South Bank \u2013 a free event for experts and lovers of Italian food and wine, in the presence of renowned Chef Viola Buitoni and oenologist Eleonora Marconi, organized in collaboration with the Institute of Italian Culture of Sydney.<\/p>\n

Also on Monday 18th, the Annual Dinner of the Brisbane Section of the Italian Academy of Cuisine will be held (upon invitation only).<\/p>\n

On Tuesday, November 19th, it\u2019s time for an exclusive dinner at Paddington\u2019s new gourmet restaurant, Attimi by Dario Manca. For reservations, write to reservations@attimi.com.au<\/a> .<\/p>\n

On Wednesday, November 20th, the Italian Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Queensland presents the aperitivo \u201cLa Bancarella Siciliana\u201d at the pastry shop \u201cGerbino\u2019s\u201d in Ashgrove (book here: https:\/\/events.humanitix.com\/icci-qld-and-nt-bancarella-siciliana-aperitivo<\/a> ).<\/p>\n
