{"id":1085,"date":"2023-06-08T11:31:42","date_gmt":"2023-06-08T09:31:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/consbrisbane.esteri.it\/?page_id=1085"},"modified":"2023-06-08T11:31:42","modified_gmt":"2023-06-08T09:31:42","slug":"declarations-in-substitution-of-certificates","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/consbrisbane.esteri.it\/en\/servizi-consolari-e-visti\/servizi-per-il-cittadino-italiano\/declarations-in-substitution-of-certificates\/","title":{"rendered":"Declarations in substitution of Certificates"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"row\">\n<div class=\"col-md-17 col-sm-12 col-xs-24 share\">\n<div class=\"moduletable\">\n<div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"sr-only\">DECLARATIONS IN SUBSTITUTION OF CERTIFICATES<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>A declaration substituting a certificate is a document that is signed by the declarant and produced in substitution of a certificate issued by an Italian Public Administration office (article 46 D.P.R 445\/2000).<\/p>\n<p>The following certificates which report personal particulars and statements of fact can be provided by way of sworn declaration in substitution of a certificate:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 date and place of birth;<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 place of residence;<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 citizenship;<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 political rights;<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 civil status \u2013 single, married or widow;<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 statement of family situation;<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 life existence;<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 birth of a child;<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 death of spouse, an ancestor or a descendant;<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 military service position and obligations;<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 registration in registers or lists held by a Public Administration office;<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 level of education;<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 professional qualifications;<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 completed university or public administration examinations;<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 areas of specialisation or expertise;<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 positions of responsibility;<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 acquired training;<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 professional development;<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 technical qualifications;<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 income and asset position or financial position, especially for the concession of benefits or advantages of all types which are provided by special laws;<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 specific abolishment from the obligation to contribute, indicating the amount;<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 tax file number (fiscal code) or business number (In Australia \u2013 Australian Business Number \u2013 ABN);<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 any detail from the taxation register;<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 occupation;<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 type of pensioner and category of pension;<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 type of student;<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 type of home person;<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 type of legal representative of physical people or entity, as a guardian, as a curator or similar;<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 registered member of associations or movements of social character of any type;<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 fulfilment or non-fulfilment of military obligations included those in article 77 of D.P.R. n. 237\/64 modified by article 22 of Italian Law 958\/86;<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 absence of criminal convictions;<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 type of dependants;<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 all details which are of the direct knowledge of the declarant which are held in the registers of the civil registry office.<\/p>\n<p>A sworn declaration in substitution of a certificate drawn up by the declarant can be either written or typed.
