EMERGENCY LINE<\/strong><\/p>\n

In an emergency involving an Italian citizen in Queensland or in the Northern Territory, you can reach us during normal business hours and after hours, via the Consulate\u2019s emergency telephone number: +61 417 600 441. This telephone line is reserved exclusively for emergencies involving a serious and immediate threat to the life or personal liberty of an Italian national (arrest, hospitalization, accidents, etc.), and not for requests for information about consular services. Non-emergency calls will be terminated to keep the line available for genuine emergencies.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Please note that this number is NOT for visa, passport or general inquiries, which are not considered emergencies and are processed during regular business hours.<\/p>\n
