The Italian Consulate in Brisbane is open to the public Monday to Friday at different times, depending on the services required. For most of the services you will be required to book an appointment.

Consular Services may require the payment of a fee (payable only in cash and in AUD).

Please note that the Consulate does not provide:

- translation services (please go to an accredited NAATI translator);

- information on Australian visa (please enquiry the Australian Department of Immigration);

- document of personal identification other than the Italian Passport (i.e. Carte d'identita'; for Australian "proof of age” cards or Australian drivers' licences please enquiry an office of the QLD Department of Transport)

- Italian Penal/Police clearance Certificates (please enquiry an Italian Tribunal)
