PASSPORTS’ MISSION TO BUNDABERG (28th of February 2020)

The Consulate of Italy in Brisbane is glad to announce a Mission to Bundaberg, Friday 28th of February (3.30 pm to 6.30 pm, The Waves Sports Club, 1 Miller St, Norville QLD 4670, Australia). The purpose of this Mission is to collect digital fingerprints of Italian citizens residing in the area for the subsequent issuance of Italian passports.

For this purpose, we would like to inform that the service will be provided to Italian citizens registered at the AIRE (Registry of Italians Resident Abroad) under the jurisdiction of the Italian Consulate in Brisbane, that will have to address their application to brisbane.passaporti@esteri.it writing in the object of the e-mail: “PASSPORT APPOINTMENT BUNDABERG” together with the required forms and consents:

Please attach to your application also a valid ID (preferably old Italian passport if already held) and proof of residence (Queensland driver license or a bill).

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE DEADLINE FOR APPLICATIONS IS 16th FEBRUARY 2020

The Consulate of Italy in Brisbane will address all individual applications by replying via email informing of time and venue of the appointment and all other details or required documents needed. Since this is a local consular mission, it is NOT necessary to book an appointment on the website.

The Consulate of Italy in Brisbane retains the right to decline individual applications in specific cases or to require additional information. This will be communicated via email in reply to your application. For reasons of practical and technical nature, passport applications not complying with the above guidelines, or without previous appointment via email, will not be considered. Furthermore, the relevant consular fee for the application will be payable only by Money Order payable to “Consulate of Italy in Brisbane” and that on the day of the appointment a registered envelope with all address details should be submitted in order to be able to receive the passport once issued.
